    While the information the book tries to convey may be beneficial, it does so poorly. This book reads as if written by a person to whom English was a third langue, then sent to a publisher who couldn’t be bothered to proof read for basic grammatical and spelling mistakes. The poor word choice and sentence structure leads to the impression that following any of the books advice should first come with an “attempt at own risk to life and health” label.
