This was a waste of time to read. I've been on countless sites that have given better advice. This is like a badly written 16 page essay with a lack of research and studies to support its claims and advice.
Great book for free!
This book is very informative. I felt like everything I go through is in this book.

This is more of an informational pamphlet than a book. It felt like something you would pick up at a doctors office. Either way, it was very factual.
This book was very helpful I can relate clearly. I recommend this book to any one that suffers from panic attacks believe me it does get better over time and remember that it will pass.

As I was reading this, I couldn't help thinking that this pamphlet was written about me. I do and think if every reason given when I have an episode. It's good to know you're not alone, so if you have anxiety issues, give it a try. Can't hurt.
