Roxy Capwell couldn’t be more miserable. She just had her heart stomped on by her cheating boyfriend, and the last thing she’s looking for is love. She hates men.

Cole Brighton couldn’t be happier. He’s a player of the highest order, there’s not a girl at Whitney Briggs University that he can’t tag and bag. He loves the ladies.

Roxy’s dream is to own and operate her own bakery one day, but with no oven in her dorm, and a lucrative baking competition on the horizon, she agrees to move in with her best friend’s brother, the obnoxious, womanizing, Cole Brighton.

Between the heavenly scent of baked goods, and Roxy’s perfect body strutting around the apartment, Cole can’t think straight. So when Roxy’s ex starts sniffing around again, Cole volunteers to play the part of her new boy-toy and things get heated both in and out of the kitchen.

Roxy discovers she might not hate every man on the planet, and Cole discovers nothing tastes better than Roxy and her late night SUGAR KISSES.

Roxy is a ball of stress and anger.
Cole is all ego and sex.
Their attraction is unstoppable.
And when their bodies collide—its combustible.

  • Cheese with a side of smut.

    By Ronnie:)
The story was not interesting but drew me in enough to be curious about what happened next. The characters started out being believable but the author did not know how to write for them. No character development and the climax of the book was 200-300 pages before the book ended. The dialogue was awkward and seemed highly unlikely. The characters seemed easily distracted and acted inappropriately for the situation(s) they were in. After the first sex scene, there was another, progressively less interesting one to follow a few paragraphs later. The “surprises” were anything but. Was not a fan of this one.

  • A Great Book

    By MzMidwestFresh
I enjoyed the book, and I’m not even a white girl… lbvs It made me desire the love they found… I didn’t like how dramatic Roxy was at times, she seemed like she was more chill than that, especially if she was “Goth”
  • Restoring issues :(

I got my phone fixed and when i restored it this book didn't show up on the new phone. I absolutely loved this book ( i love the whole series actually ) but i don't want to have to pay for it when i already own it.
  • It's a sweet story literally. Fast pace. Quick and easy read.

Addison has a lot of stories under her belt. I've enjoyed this series although they tend to be predictable and common plots for a romance. The player wanting the sweet and innocent girl. A ploy at pretending they are dating to get rid of an ex boyfriend. The pretending turns into more. How does any girl fall for the crap that falls out of the mouth of this guy Cole? A guy who only sees a woman as a sex toy and judges her by her body. Just another broken love story. Just another story about a guy who cheats on his girlfriend so she seeks revenge by kissing her roommate to make him jealous. It's like reading gossip girl. Here's the character line up: Ryder is Roxy's brother Ryder and Laney are engaged Baya is Coles sister Baya is dating Bryson Aidan is Roxy's ex Aidan is dating Leann That leaves Roxy and Cole One too many characters to follow. The cupcake business is a excuse that brought them together. It's a sweet and enduring story that smooths right along. It was an easy breezy story with all the magic and fluff girls look for in the HEA stories. I'm so sick of guys needing to sow their wild oats and then deciding when they are ready to commit to one woman. Women are not just waiting around for guys to finally have an Epiphany on life.
  • Great read

Loved the first 2 books. This one was great too! Gave it 4 stars just because I couldn't picture Roxy as a goth as stated in the book.
