Liam Westbury has the world at his feet. He’s the quintessential golden boy. He’s the superstar quarterback for Beaumont High. His girl, Josie, is head cheerleader. He has his choice of colleges just waiting for him.  Except he’s suffocating from all the pressure he’s under and no one understands.
Liam Page is the heartthrob he never wanted to be. He’s successful, smart and in demand by record companies and his adoring fans. Music is his passion, his love, but something’s missing. His nights are lonely and he longs for the girl he left behind. Seeing her in every face in the crowd haunts him with the knowledge that she hates him. Going home has never been an option until now.

Be there when Liam Westbury becomes Liam Page and follow the highs and lows of the Quarterback turned Rockstar as he finds a way back to Beaumont in this prequel to Forever My Girl.

Way too many grammatical errors in this book. Story was a bit difficult to read due to the fact it was mostly from a teen's perspective.
  • Boring

Let me start of by saying I was so excited to have more of Liam! He is where this Beaumont journey started and I was really exited to see where Heidi would take us with this book. I want to give her a big shout out for a job well done. It is not easy writing a prequel to a novel that was such a big hit especially when you have to stick to what was already written in forever my girl. I think she executed this novel amazing and really gave us a new in site into Liam's life. I don't want to give any spoilers so I will not talk about the story line. I will however say that I loved reading about how Liam Westbury became Liam Page and the decisions that were made in the process. The life struggles you read about really show and give you a better understanding into the confusion and pain that Liam was experiencing. You really root for him through out the book and just want him to peruse his dreams and find his own kind of happiness not what everyone else expects him to have. I would recommend this book to anyone that loves to read and let's face it the whole series is a must read if you ask me! I can't wait to see what Heidi Mc Laughlin has for us next!!!
